The prices on this page are ballpark estimates to give you a general idea of cost — they are not guaranteed quotes. Your final price is set after we see the property and can be higher or lower depending on the amount of work involved, including lawn size and condition, growth, access, obstacles, and debris volume. Every mowing visit includes professional mowing, light weed whipping and trimming (up to 10 minutes), and blowing grass clippings off driveways, sidewalks, and other hard surfaces.

Weekly mowing is priced at $90 per acre with a $50 minimum service charge. Bi-weekly service is 35% above the weekly rate, reflecting the extra time, heavier clippings, and trimming that longer grass requires. We offer weekly and bi-weekly scheduling only — no monthly or less-frequent mowing. Bi-weekly pricing assumes the lawn stays reasonably maintained; excessive growth may need a reset service first. All listed prices are ballpark estimates, not guaranteed quotes — your confirmed price may differ based on the amount of work your property needs. Lawns that require push mowing — tight gates, steep slopes, or areas our standard equipment can't reach — are always charged at an elevated rate.
Up to 10 minutes of trimming is included with every mow. Beyond that, trimming is billed at $65/hour in 15-minute increments:
New or neglected properties may need a reset before joining a regular schedule — tall or dense grass (often 8–10 inches or more), multiple passes, or heavy clippings. Reset work is $65/hour or a flat quote after we see the property. Extra work is always discussed and approved by you before it begins.

Cleanups are property maintenance — not large-scale landscaping, land clearing, tree removal, or major renovation.
Weekly or bi-weekly mowing only. Rain and unsuitable ground conditions may delay service 24–48 hours; equipment problems or emergencies can occasionally affect scheduling too. You'll be notified and rescheduled as promptly as possible.
Please clear the service area of toys, garden hoses, decorations, tools, pet waste, and other personal items. Lawns should be reasonably free of pet waste — excessive pet waste may postpone service or require a separate quote. Let us know about changes to access, obstacles, or pets before your visit.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. Outstanding balances may pause service until invoices are paid.
